I found this intro to the process to be very 'livestock' focused, I only heard or saw the 'fish' word on the last slide. I'm wondering of there's an easier single word/phrase that captures the wider scope we aim for ... also for phase II
Is there term we can use that is less clinical than 'animal-source foods'? Can we not just refer to 'animal foods' (that is, human foods from animals) and use 'animal feeds' when we mean food for animals to eat?
I seriously hope this virtual format is going to succeed! Saves us $$ for actual action on the ground while reducing travel time for those of us who want (that includes me :))
It's an experiment and we'll have to see how it goes. With a bit of lead time to prep well, I am sure we can pull off interesting and engaging online events.
